1. Overview
Our Referral Program allows individuals (“Referrers”) to earn a commission by referring new users (“Referees”) to our platform. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with all terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Participants must provide accurate and verifiable personal information.
Only one account per individual is allowed.
Employees, contractors, or partners (if applicable) may be excluded at our discretion.
3. How the Referral Program Works
The Referrer submits their details through the official referral form.
The submitted email and information will be reviewed and verified internally.
Upon initial approval, the Referrer will be asked to submit:
Government-issued ID proof (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Passport, etc.)
Valid address proof
After successful verification, the Referrer will receive a unique referral code.
The Referrer shares this code with potential Referees.
When a Referee signs up and uses the referral code:
The referral is tracked and recorded in our system.
Upon successful completion of a valid transaction/action (defined by the platform), the Referrer becomes eligible for commission.
4. Verification Process
All submitted details are subject to strict verification checks.
We reserve the right to:
Reject incomplete or suspicious applications
Request additional documentation
Perform background validation where necessary
Failure to provide valid documents will result in disqualification.
5. Referral Code Usage
Each Referrer will receive a unique, non-transferable referral code.
The code must only be used for legitimate referrals.
Misuse, including:
Self-referrals
Fake accounts
Automated or bulk signups
will result in immediate termination.
6. Commission Structure
Referrers are eligible to receive a 10% commission on qualifying transactions made by Referees.
Commission is applicable only when:
The Referee successfully registers using the referral code
The Referee completes the required qualifying action (e.g., purchase, subscription, etc.)
Commission is calculated based on net transaction value, excluding taxes, refunds, or cancellations.
7. Payment Terms
Commission payouts will be processed after:
Successful verification of referral activity
Completion of any applicable holding period (if required)
Payments may be:
Delayed or withheld in case of suspicious activity
Adjusted for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks
Minimum payout thresholds (if applicable) may apply.
8. Fraud & Misuse Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Creating multiple accounts
Referring oneself
Using false identities or documents
Manipulating the system for unfair advantage
If detected:
All commissions will be forfeited
Accounts may be permanently banned
Legal action may be pursued if necessary
9. Right to Modify or Terminate
We reserve the right to:
Modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time
Change commission rates, eligibility criteria, or payout structure
Disqualify participants without prior notice in case of policy violations
10. Data Privacy
All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Submitted documents will be used strictly for identity verification purposes.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect user data.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Technical errors or tracking failures
Loss of referral data due to system issues
Delays in commission payments beyond reasonable control
12. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Referral Program, you:
Confirm that all information provided is accurate
Agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions
Accept our decisions as final in case of disputes
